Encouragement of Foreign Investment
These Provisions are formulated in order to improve the investment environment, facilitate the absorption of foreign investment, introduce advanced technology, upgrade product quality, expand exports in order to generate foreign exchange and develop the national economy

Income Tax Law for Foreign Investments
Income tax shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of this Law by enterprises with foreign investment within the territory of the People's Republic of China on their income derived from production, business operations and other sources

China Import and Export Procedures
China have freedom in undertaking all the import and export activities including international trade, with the exception of those forbidden by state laws and regulations.
Some of the import and export procedures are open to choice. Whether these procedures are necessary is solely decided by the kinds of import and export and the category of the import and export commodities.

Import and Export commodity inspection
Adopted at the Sixth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People's Congress on February 21, 1989 promulgated by Order No.14 of the President of the People's Republic of China on February 21, 1989, and effective as of August 1, 1989 This Law is enacted with a view to strengthening the inspection of import and export commodities, ensuring the quality of import and export
commodities, protecting the lawful rights and interests

Trademark Law
This Law is enacted for the purposes of improving the administration of trademarks, of protecting the exclusive right to use a trademark, and of encouraging producers to guarantee the quality of their goods and maintain the reputation of their trademarks, with a view to protecting consumer interests and to promoting the development of socialist commodity economy
